Easy olive oil dip

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp of oregano, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp of fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp of rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup of Arom olive oil
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Place all the spices/herbs in a bowl.
  2. Pour in the olive oil.
  3. Give it a mix
  4. Add the garlic, lemon juice and parmesan cheese.
  5. Give it a stir and serve with crusty bread.
