Apple vinegar vinaigrette

Serving Size: 250 ml (1 cup)
- 160 ml (2/3 cup) apple vinegar (ideally aged in barrels or a good quality)
- 6 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (balanced)
- Lemon juice
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. crushed black pepper
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Shake well (or whisk).
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
