Easy homemade crackers

Ingredients

  • For the crackers
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 2/3 cups unbleached white flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
  • For the topping
  • olive oil
  • Sea salt or fleur de sel
  • Sesame seeds, rosemary, celery seeds (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a measuring cup, combine water and oil.
  2. In the bowl of a food processor, place all the dry ingredients and mix.
  3. Add the liquids and pulse the dough until it forms a ball. Add a little water if necessary.
